Someone looking after your website.
A website is never quite finished. Your opening hours change, a price goes up, a photo needs swapping. Without help you would have to work out how to do it yourself, or pay for a one-off job every time.
With the care plan you just email us what you would like changed. We do it, and we fix things if they break. That is all it is: a simple monthly service, with no jargon.
Hosting is included. The care plan keeps your site online, with the padlock (HTTPS), on our static hosting, and looks after what is on it. There is no separate hosting bill.

Text, photos, opening hours and the like. They reset each month and do not roll over.
Fixes if anything breaks
If something that was working stops working, we fix it as part of the plan.

We email you before your domain renews, with the price, and help you get email set up.

Email us any time. We reply within 2 working days and tell you how long a change will take.

Anything bigger is quoted as a redesign: £69 for small or medium, £99 for large. We always tell you the price before we start.

Not included
Domain renewals (paid each year, and we remind you). Email forwarding is free and available with or without the care plan.
Paid monthly
By Direct Debit. You can cancel at any time by giving 30 days' notice. We do not refund the current month, and your site comes down 30 days after your notice.
Your things stay yours
If you leave, we give you your site files and help you move your domain. Nothing is held back.

Common questions.
Do I need the care plan?
No, it is optional. Without it we can still register your domain and build your site, but we do not host it: we hand you the files and you host them elsewhere. We recommend the care plan because it keeps your site online and looked after.
Does the care plan include hosting?
Yes. Static hosting is included in the care plan, so there is no separate hosting price. Hosting is only available with the care plan.
What happens if the care plan stops?
You get your website files, and the domain stays yours because it is registered in your name. The site comes down 30 days after notice, so you have time to move it.
What if I need more than 3 changes in a month?
Tell us. We will quote anything beyond the plan before we do it, so there are no surprises.
Do unused changes carry over?
No. Each month starts again with 3 small changes.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. You can cancel any time by giving 30 days' notice, and your site stays up for those 30 days.
