Email forwarding

Email on your own domain.

Mail sent to [email protected] arrives in the inbox you already use, like Gmail. It is free, and we help you set it up.

Free email forwarding £37 a year per mailbox

What is it?

An address that matches your business.

Forwarding passes every email sent to your business address on to an inbox you already use. Customers write to [email protected], and it arrives where you already read your email. It looks professional and customers trust it more than a free address.

Want your own inbox instead? A mailbox is a real inbox on your domain that you can send and receive from, on your phone or on the web. It is £37 a year per mailbox, billed yearly, and we set it up for you. Forwarding, below, is free.

Forwarding is forwarding only: we do not store your mail, and your replies come from your own inbox. You need a domain, but you do not need a website to have forwarding.

How it works

From your domain to your inbox.

  1. Tell us the address

Choose the address you want, like info@ or hello@, and the inbox it should go to. Tick forwarding in your quote.

  2. We set it up

Once your domain is ready, we set up the forwarding for you. It is not instant, because we do it for you.

  3. You test it

Send an email to your new address. It should arrive in your inbox. If it does not, tell us and we will sort it out.

Questions

Common questions.

Do I need a website to have email forwarding?

No. You need a domain, but not a website. Forwarding works on its own.

Does it cost anything?

No. Forwarding is free.

Can I reply from my business address?

Replies are sent from your own inbox, so they show that address.

What if an email does not arrive?

Email can be delayed, or marked as spam by your provider, so look in your spam folder first. If it is still missing, tell us and we will check.
